Economic and tasty cereal bars

First of all, I want to say that I am not a Cook as a pillar in my kitchen today, but when something is me rich, I feel it is my duty share it with you.

This is a recipe that came out of not knowing what to do with a rest of cereal that was in the box, a muesli; and as to me I love to eat cereal with my white tea bars, I thought it was more appropriate, also so something out nutritional additive-free extra.

Nutritious, economical and delicious cereal bars!

-10 bars

To make this cereal bars you need:

  • butter paper / baking
  • food processor
  • 20 x 20 cm square mold
  • 250 grams of muesli
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 120 ml of honey
  • 30 grams of melted coconut oil
  • 30 grams of butter melted salt (or 60 grams if you have coconut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon of Maca powder

Preparation:

Prepare the pan with the butter (for baking) paper

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcios (medium)

Using a hand or the large processor grind a little muesli.  Put all dry ingredients and mix with a spoon, then add butter and coconut oil melted with honey and incorporates the ingredients so that everything is moist.

Pour the mixture into the mould and using an extra piece of paper press the mixture into the mould, or if not will you you stick on your fingers, make sure that it is tight and even.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly Golden, remove it from the oven and let cool.  Remove the block of cereal with the paper and when this ice cream cut with sharp knife. Came to me 10 thin bars.

My son not is by them things natural, but saw them bars and it ate an of a flip! And said that were rich! APPROVED! The truth is that better that not you like… More for me!
